Hike find in Hawley, PA!
Mute white
Badger skull and mute swan feathers.
This badger was actually first skull in my collection. I mean, I found some skulls before but my mum always was trowing them away. It has 2 broken teeth witch caused the infection of mandible. Poor creature, it had to suffer through last moments of its life.
More photos of my stoatly awesome first attempt at a blackberry stain. The stain seems to be holding so far without any problems, but I’ll definitely try adding a mordant the next time I home-make a dye.
Amazing harbour seal skull I got! It’s from the Netherlands and has a paper trail. Wanted a seal for ages so I’m really happy!
Took her out of the old degreasing water and took stock of what I’m missing. Might not be able to do much without the rest of her spine. She’s also missing some hooves and toes. I’ll be putting one of her feet together at least.

The mandible of a boar whose tusks grew back into his own face. Owned and photographed by Shawn Prysiazniuk.
the skull of a cat i put in my graveyard many months ago. stuck her in some water to loosen the dried skin and fur. look at those teeth!
